Warranty Coverage for Accessories
- For any ACCESSORIES issues (excluding Apple), we provide refund or exchange ONLY if product is faulty within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase with date must be provided. E.g. SP Mobile receipt
- For all APPLE accessories, warranty claim is through the manufacturer directly.
- For any accessories past the 7 days period (excluding Apple), it will need to be assessed and if deemed faulty we will provide an exchange.

- Misuse or abuse
- Damage either accidental or otherwise
- Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
- Change of mind
