After you’ve removed your device from the liquid, dry the outside of the phone being careful to not press any buttons. If possible, remove the battery to decrease the likelihood of a short.

Since every kind of repair we perform is different, payment is due upon receipt. We may have diagnosed the issue as one thing but when we open the mobile phone it might have been a different issue causing the problem and we will let you know if this is the case before proceeding with the repair and give you new costings on this.

Most repairs are completed on site. For repairs that require a longer downtime, a loan phone may be supplied if available.
We will not erase any data from your device, however depending on the severity of the damage, what needs to be done to bring it back to life, or possible software related issues, devices can sometimes be unstable and information can be lost or inaccessible. It is always recommended to perform a data back-up before bringing your device in.
Depending on the complexity of the repair, we can usually have your device ready in 30 minutes to 1 hour. Upon drop-off, we can coordinate a time you wish to pick-up the device and will stay in touch if more time is needed to complete the repair.
