Warranty Coverage for Pre-Owned Devices

SP Mobile provides 6 months limited warranty for all Pre-Owned Devices.
Any Screen/LCD and any other parts that malfunction, or do not work as intended or designed. E.g. touch screen issues and screen jumping as long as none of the below exclusions are existing upon inspection when claiming for warranty.
Proof of purchase must be provided. E.g. SP Mobile receipt.

Warranty Does Not Cover the Following for Pre-Owned Devices:

After SP Mobile sold the pre-owned device, the warranty does not cover:

Mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack
Physical damage (black dots, colourful lines, glitching, flickering, screen pop up, LCD separated from the frame, black screen, colourful screen, black marks on the screen, coloured marks on the screen, discolouration)
Water/Liquid damage
Accidental or purposeful drops
Tampering with internal hardware
Damage resulting from attempted customer repairs
Software issues unrelated to the Manufacturing Defects
Jailbroken devices
Screen/LCD Damages
a NON-Working, damaged or severed home button/Bio-Metric scanner as a result of physical damaged caused by the customers

Fixed my galaxy s6 lite over a public holiday as I relied on it with my disability.
I never got to say thanks as I went to hospital.

Fixed my Note 8(Jan 2021 and then here was another issue which they fixed as well.
